Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple food service locations
- Develop strategies to achieve operational excellence and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, company policies, and service standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct regular site visits to review operations and assess performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record in a district or multi-unit management role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and profitability analysis
