Seeking a Sales & Events Manager to join an Iconic Restaurant Group in Miami! Salary PLUS Commissions!! $$
The Sales and Events Manager will drive event bookings and sales initiatives for our diverse range of restaurants. This role is pivotal in coordinating and executing events while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve event sales goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, private parties, and weddings.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance event offerings.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to design and execute customized event packages.
- Conduct site tours and consultations with potential clients to showcase restaurant facilities and services.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and logistics, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Monitor and manage event budgets, including pricing, contracts, and invoicing.
- Provide post-event follow-up and customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, bookings, and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality management, preferably within the restaurant industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient event planning and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate events.
- Knowledge of Miami events and local market trends is a plus.
