Responsibilities:
- Champion guest satisfaction with a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude"
- Assist Executive Chef in managing back-of-house staff
- Achieve or exceed budgeted labor and cost targets
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures and OSHA compliance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Culinary Management/Sous/Kitchen Management experience in upscale dining
- Strong back-of-house operations knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Stable work history and strong work ethic
- Culinary program graduate (preferred)
