Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Specialist role located in Mesa, AZ. You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and expanding our market presence. You will develop strategic sales plans, network with key stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your role will be crucial in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and positioning EHS Restoration as a trusted leader in the restoration industry.
Qualifications
Experience: 2 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the restoration, construction, or related industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. Experience with B2B sales and client acquisition is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with restoration services (water, fire, mold, and storm damage) or willingness to learn quickly.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients and negotiate contracts effectively.
Networking: Strong ability to establish and maintain partnerships with property managers, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders.
Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to drive business growth.
Organization & CRM: Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM software and managing pipelines.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
