Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hardware Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining complex hardware infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain complex hardware infrastructure systems, including network and phone infrastructures.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktop hardware and software.
- Coordinate requests and implement infrastructure moves, additions, and changes system-wide, while gathering and analyzing internal customer requirements to fulfill business needs.
- Participate in a non-prime 24x7 on-call rotation in response to reported field support incidents.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
