What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Administrator position at Ehub Global Inc?
Title: Systems Administrator
Duration: 6 months (Temp to Perm)
Location: Rensselaer, NY 4d/mo onsite. Open to Remote.
- Local Candidates must come onsite: 2d onsite week 1, 2d onsite week 3, remote week 2 & 4
- Remote candidates need to be able to come onsite once per quarter for 2 days. Travel expenses would not be covered
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Ideally candidate will have a Engineering background and understand software development
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in: databases, programming, testing, software deployment
Linux system administration experience with Application Servers such as JBoss
Experience configuring servers (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc)
Automating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Bash Scripting
Experience planning systems and deploying software as well as experience maintaining software compliance standards and Deploy Process
Proven skills at creating clear documentation and ability to plan out and prioritize work
