Main Tasks:
- Efficiently installing and removing hardware from racks.
- Collaborating with other technical teams to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Entering service requests and documenting work orders.
- Managing records within the Data Center Energy Management and Power Monitoring Software.
- Providing technical support and consulting services to data center users.
- Attending project meetings and delivering results on time.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized data center environment.
- Organizing equipment delivery logistics.
- Being available on-call as scheduled.
- Adapting to varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Needed Skills:
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a data center setting.
