We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with extensive Agile Coach experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading Agile transformations, coaching teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of Scrum practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively facilitate collaboration and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a minimum of 2 years in an Agile coaching role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
