Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated XStore Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with XStore, a popular retail management platform, to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions that meet the specific needs of our retail operations. As an XStore Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems, enhance the user experience, and contribute to the overall success of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications and modules on the XStore platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate XStore with third-party applications, databases, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in the XStore application.
- Optimize system performance and implement improvements based on feedback and testing.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices in all development activities.
- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support to users and assist with training as necessary.
- Work closely with testing teams to ensure proper functionality, usability, and user acceptance of developed solutions.
- Document all development processes, code changes, and configurations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an XStore Developer or similar role in a retail software development environment.
- Strong understanding of XStore’s architecture, functionality, and integration points.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other relevant technologies used in XStore development.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Familiarity with retail systems, point-of-sale (POS) integrations, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
