Key Responsibilities
Merchant and 3PL Partnerships
- Assess and understand the unique needs of merchants and 3PLs through detailed consultations and video calls.
- Strategically match merchants with the best 3PL partners in the eHub network, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Support merchants in navigating fulfillment challenges and offering creative solutions to meet their business goals.
Account Management
- Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews with 3PLs to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor partnership success metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants post-matching to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
Operational Growth
- Lead onboarding for new 3PLs, ensuring seamless integration into the eHub platform.
- Act as a resource for merchants, providing guidance on leveraging eHub’s tools and platform features to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure eHub’s solutions remain competitive and provide insights on market trends and customer needs.
