We are currently seeking an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate has 5 years plus of experience in this type of role and is exceptionally detailed oriented.
This role will require someone who possesses the skills to follow up repetitively with principals. You must be independently able to research and find answers without relying on others to guide you.

- Do you have extensive experience booking international travel?
- Are you a perfectionist?
- Are you extremely tech savvy?
- Have you worked in Microsoft Outlook?
- Do you understand different time zones and currencies?
- You speak Spanish?
