Based in Bismarck, ND, this role focuses on creating and executing marketing content across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and requires occasional travel to other dealership locations.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.Create video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including editing, motion graphics, and animations.Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and develop engaging content to attract and retain followers.Assist with email marketing campaigns, website updates, and other digital marketing efforts.Collaborate with the sales management team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.Assist in photography and videography for advertising (prior experience is a plus but not required).Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials.Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.Travel occasionally to dealership locations in North Dakota and Minnesota for marketing projects or content creation.Draft and post blog articles on vehicles, automotive trends, employee spotlights, sponsorship's, and more.Monitor and respond to online reviews, notifying managers of those requiring attention.Engage with and respond to social media comments.Required Qualifications : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong writing and research skills.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver's license.Ability to pass a background check.Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and content management.Ability to stay current with industry trends and apply them to automotive marketing.Experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or marketing.Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools is a plus.Photography and video production experience is a plus but not required.Benefits : Competitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offOpportunities for career growthTravel reimbursement for work-related travelFree Verge Fitness gym membership401(k) match after one year of employmentHow to Apply : If you're a creative, motivated individual looking to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply!
