Typical Day in the Life
A typical day as a Provider Enrollment Specialist may include the following :
- Prepares and submits practitioner and organizational Medicare and Medicaid enrollments.
- Tracks and coordinates Medicare and Medicaid revalidations.
- Initiates information requests for clients.
- Follows up on any development requests received from Medicare contractors.
- Sends out approvals to clients.
- Performs telehealth locality reviews.
- Attends meetings, takes notes, and creates task lists.
- Supports the Healthcare Regulatory department with a variety of tasks.
- Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
- Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
Who You Are
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
