Key Responsibilities
As a Counterperson, your key responsibilities will include communicating effectively with customers and staff, processing warranty parts, and performing weekly bin counts. You will also be responsible for completing special order requests for customers and working closely with the parts manager to locate out-of-stock parts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in auto parts sales (preferable), be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and have a detail-oriented approach. A clean and valid driver's license is also required.
