Job Title: Delivery Coordinator / Lot Attendant
Job Summary:
The Delivery Coordinator / Lot Attendant will be responsible for effectively communicating the following information: writing vehicle descriptions, ensuring the lot is clean and orderly, taking pictures of freshly detailed vehicles, becoming an expert in our brand's vehicles, accessories, and technology, providing customers with in-depth information on owner's manual and warranty, demonstrating features of the vehicle, checking detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customer, and giving dealership orientations.
Responsibilities:
- Write Vehicle descriptions using dealership systems
- Ensure lot is clean and orderly
- Taking high-quality photos of vehicles for online presence
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our brand's vehicles, accessories, and technology
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing comprehensive information on owner's manuals and warranties
- Demonstrate key features of vehicles, including navigation and connectivity options
- Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Provide a warm welcome and orientation to customers, highlighting the dealership's facilities and services
