Duties and Responsibilities :
Prepare machinery and components for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or applying primer.
Utilize airbrush equipment to achieve uniform and high-quality finishes.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality control, ensuring there are no defects such as bubbles, runs, or uneven coverage.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production schedules.
Maintain and clean painting equipment and workspaces to ensure safe operation and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements :
Proven experience in industrial painting, with a preference for experience using airbrush systems.
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, paint types, and application methods suited for industrial machinery.
Familiarity with working in manufacturing or machinery-focused environments.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and position materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
