Eiden Systems Corporation (ESC) seeking a Program Analyst Level III to support an upcoming proposal. This position will provide high-level acquisition and program management support to the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Headquarters in Edgewood, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating operational planning, program execution, and acquisition process implementation in alignment with policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Acquisition Support
- Assist JPEO HQ's Chief of Operations with planning, refining, initiating, and executing new requirements, projects, and procedures.
- Apply DoD acquisition processes (DoDI 5000.02) to product development, production, and sustainment.
- Track and analyze acquisition documentation in support of program milestone decisions and integrated program reviews (IPRs).
- Support the development of top-level briefings for public presentations and executive meetings.
- Maintain situational awareness of taskers and documents via the Document Staffing and Task Management System.
- Draft, review, and update a variety of acquisition documents, policies, memorandums, reports, and executive summaries.
- Track and manage all internal acquisition actions and ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to support portfolios, programs, and projects.
- Communicate programmatic issues, concerns, and information to internal and external teams.
- Provide program status updates during senior staff meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper logistics, materials, and teleconferencing setup.
- Develop and provide meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and displays.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes and executive summaries for each event.
- Track action items, program milestones, and recurring reports (weekly, monthly, annual).
- Develop and implement technical and programmatic tracking measures.
- Assist in maintaining program management tools and processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with DoD policies and procedures for research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), and procurement.
- Monitor and protect acquisition-sensitive materials.
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in acquisition, program management, or a related role within the DoD.
- Expertise in DoDI 5000.02 and acquisition lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong ability to manage taskers, documentation workflows, and acquisition reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience supporting senior-level DoD or Federal Government operations.
- Familiarity with task management and document staffing systems.
- Ability to analyze and track complex acquisition processes.
