EIDIM Group Inc. is urgently hiring for an Audiovisual Junior Project Manager who would like to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure the completion of company projects.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, inventory resources, and send staff deadline reminders.
- Effectively coordinate the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting or presenting them to the appropriate parties.
- Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project
- Responsible for the flow of information from the project manager to the team regarding the project
- Spell out rules and standard of the regulatory agencies to the working team
- Make provisions for the progress of the project
- Make the arrangement for projects documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met
- Ensure that the procedure, rules, regulations, and promulgated laws governing project management are well adhered to
- Update information on the project management development, tools, regulations, market demand, and likely clients
- Make arrangement for the project completion based on specifications of the project owner
- Suggest strategies and ides of achieving the project goals to the Project Managers.
- Consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.
- Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.
- Outlining the human and material resources required to successfully complete each project.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Knowledge of:
- Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
- Contractual obligations
- Commodity codes, vendors, contracts, etc.
- Audio visual systems and products.
- Complex audio visual systems suited to different locations.
- Lighting/rigging and theatre systems, if applicable.
- Providing hands-on input to the design and estimation process.
Requirements:
1. At least 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or any assistant managerial position is preferred
2. Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
3. Related AV Certifications are a plus
4. Drivers License to be able to visit job sites
5. Willing to be trained
6. Willingness and patience to complete online classes or other classes assigned
