10. Providing hands-on input to the design and estimation process.

11. Efficiently manage time and resources to meet targets and deadlines.

12. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.

13. Effectively manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

14. Deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal teams.

15. Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

16. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales, and analyze sales data.

17. Demonstrate sound judgment and effective interpersonal relationships.

The Knowledge of :

1.    Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

2.    Comprehensive understanding of audiovisual systems and equipment.

3.    Contractual obligations.

4.    Commodity codes, vendors, contracts, etc.

5.    Telephone etiquette.

6.    Project bidding processes.

7.    Business structure.

8.    Market, including customer segments, competitors, and potential clients, to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

9.    General knowledge with AV systems

10. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging bid presentations.

11. Sales methodologies, negotiations, and relationship-building to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

12. Company value proposition for audiovisual solutions.

13. Knowledge of US government procurement processes and regulations.

Tasks :

1.    Attend general meetings as well as weekly dept meetings.

2.    Review team members’ daily reports.

3.    Collect and gather all materials pertaining to specific projects.

4.    Maintain a database of active and potential customers.

5.    Find out current practices and pricing of our competition.

6.    Work in conjunction with the design team to formulate the most cost-effective and customer satisfying solutions.

7.    Take part in regular brainstorming sessions to introduce better practices within the company.

8.    Conduct thorough project reviews.

9.    Daily research for new leads.

10. Foster continuous relationship building initiatives with past, present and potential clients.

11. Manage and guide team members to produce proposals, cover letters, or any other project-related documents of the highest quality.

12. Review all reports and materials available to increase knowledge and understanding of the project.

13. Conduct online marketing, such as social media and email campaigns.

14. Monitor the timelines of the potential and current projects in the pipeline.

15. Coordinate with the design team to ensure the BOM is generated with ample lead time, allowing estimators to compile the most profitable price list.

16. Assign projects to estimators and monitor the accuracy of backlog information.

17. Ensure timely submission of proposals to meet the deadlines.

18. Ensure the sales / marketing database is consistently updated, making necessary modifications for most efficient utilization.

19. Continuously assess whether team members are positioned as the most effective resources to achieve optimal outcomes for the company.

20. Perform other duties as assigned.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
