We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting construction workers with various tasks related to construction projects. Your role will involve manual labor and working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist construction workers with excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks.
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, forklifts, and cranes.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies from trucks and trailers.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as hauling, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work sites.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with site inspections and ensure compliance with construction codes and regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by construction workers and supervisors.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a construction laborer or in a related field.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
