EIG Services LLC provides Residential Services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Monroeville, PA. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential sites assigned.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of individuals and staff.
- Implement Individual Support Plans as written.
- Supervise and train staff members.
- Manage budgets and financial resources.
- Coordinate with the program specialist and healthcare professionals to provide necessary medical care.
- Maintain accurate written and electronic program records and documentation.
- Advocate for individual rights and ensure their needs are met
- Provide emotional support and assistance to individuals and their families
- Implement programs and activities to promote community engagement
Qualifications
- Experience in residential support, home care, or assisted living settings
- Associate's degree (or equivalent credits) or higher.
- Knowledge of 6400 and 6100 regulations
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to run reports from different systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and financial resources effectively
- Understanding of Individual Rights and Mandated Reporter responsibilities
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
