Residential Operations Manager

EIG Services LLC provides Residential Services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Monroeville, PA. We aim to provide lifelong, quality residential support and empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while promoting independence and choice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential sites assigned.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of individuals and staff.
• Implement Individual Support Plans as written.
• Supervise and train staff members.
• Manage budgets and financial resources.
• Coordinate with the program specialist and healthcare professionals to provide necessary medical care.
• Maintain accurate written and electronic program records and documentation.
• Advocate for individual rights and ensure their needs are met
• Provide emotional support and assistance to individuals and their families
• Implement programs and activities to promote community engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in residential support, home care, or assisted living settings
• Associate's degree (or equivalent credits) or higher.
• Knowledge of 6400 and 6100 regulations
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills and ability to run reports from different systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and financial resources effectively
• Understanding of Individual Rights and Mandated Reporter responsibilities
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
