This is a full-time position that is fully remote in the US or located with the largely Seattle-based team.
The Role
As the VP of Engineering, you will lead and cultivate high-performing engineering, product, and design teams. While not primarily a hands-on role, it demands the ability to dive deep when needed, roll up your sleeves, and address critical challenges to keep the momentum going.

What You Will Do
- Lead the engineering organization, which includes production and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with security, product, business development, and legal teams.
- Own technical strategy and overall systems architecture.
- Own staffing and all other organization resources.
- Deliver high-quality processes and services throughout the engineering organization.
- Lead teams with high standards for technical excellence, trust, and efficiency.
What You Will Bring
The target base salary for this role will range between $300,000 to $350,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, and market factors at the point in time of offer.
