THE ROLE
Our Marketplace team is scaling up as we seek out innovative thinkers and engineers to join us on our mission to hyperscale Ethereum. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering tools for capital allocators in the Eigen Layer ecosystem, design discovery methods, and build management consoles for Operators / AVS partners. This is an opportunity to be a technical thought leader on this team and drive new features / decisions, work on applications that drive economic activity on EigenLayer and grow with a team of talented collaborators. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take ownership and drive the full development life cycle of mission critical systems, services and tooling for our Marketplace team
- Implement critical EigenLayer protocol features and upgrades
- Build systems to scale up and support 100s of AVSs, 10,000s of Operators and 100s of tokens
- Create services and tools that allow AVS and Operators to self-serve interactions with the protocol

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000.
