Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and property managers. Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
