Duties
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Manage tenant inquiries and concerns effectively, utilizing strong conflict management skills.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close leasing agreements.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects.
- Proficient in office software applications; experience with OneSite is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills to address tenant issues professionally.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
