Job Title: Maintenance Technician
$500 Sign-On Bonus!
Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Prepare and assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Changing lightbulbs and air filters
- Touch-up painting
- Lock and appliance repairs
- Installation and repair of window coverings
- Pool and sprinkler system maintenance
- Minor HVAC maintenance
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and concerns.
- Perform on-call emergency maintenance services as required.
- Regularly inspect common areas, apartment units, and grounds to ensure the property maintains a high standard of appearance and that apartments are ready for prospective residents.
- Assist in keeping the grounds and common areas clean and free of trash and debris.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of on-site maintenance management.
- Minimum of one year of experience in multi-family or residential maintenance.
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including climbing ladders and stairs, walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, twisting, and bending for extended periods.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to quality work.
- Positive, "get the job done" attitude.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
