About the Role
The Director, Engineering & Product Operations will lead enhancement request (ER) processes, new product introductions (NPI), and cross-functional communication efforts to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Enhancement Request (ER) Management
- Own end-to-end ER process from sales through post-implementation feedback
- Partner with Solution Consulting to identify and document product gaps in Vivun
- Collaborate with Community team to integrate product ideas into roadmap
- Define and manage ER approval workflows for efficient prioritization
New Product Introduction (NPI)
