You will be responsible for medium to large projects, owning technical design and execution. You will collaborate closely product manager, designers, and your tech lead to deliver these features.ResponsibilitiesBuild the next generation of Talent Management software using cutting-edge technology (e.g., building agentic experiences with LLMs).Design and develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.Build and ship new software features and product enhancements.Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to re-iterate and enhance our product and to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experienceParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineersWrite clean, maintainable, and testable codeStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend developmentPrototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experienceParticipate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality Handle enterprise customer escalation issues as neededQualificationsBS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.3-6 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling user-facing products, preferably in the SaaS domain.Ability to write clean, scalable, and performant code.Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimizationExperience with search platforms (Solr, Lucene) and AI platforms is preferred.Ability to collaborate across functional and organizational boundaries. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonus and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and zone. Zones are determined by location. Zone A is SF Bay Area, CA .
