Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales and Merchandising to lead our sales and merchandising efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and overseeing the development and execution of merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate enjoys being out and about in the field - attending trade shows, meeting with clients, and is sales driven.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead and motivate the existing sales team to exceed targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including buyers and decision-makers at major off-price retailers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with retailers to maximize profitability.
