EIKON Group are expanding our Account management team in Los Angeles and are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and passionate people.
An Account Coordinator is an entry level position in Account Management that will be working on a team to facilitate asset qc and delivery of localized elements for our studio customers. In this role you will be responsible for, and learning, the management of production and delivery of assets for major content providers.
The responsibilities within EIKON involve managing the digital mastering and foreign language versioning of feature/episodic content for digital cinema and streaming platforms across multiple EIKON clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that expectations of quality, efficiency and delivery are always met
- Coordinate receipt and delivery of localized assets to streaming platforms
- Manage projects internally and externally
- Scheduling of time and technology in various internal departments to deliver projects
- Manage troubleshooting and oversee resolutions
- Creation and tracking of production reports
- Knowledge of production workflows and operational systems
The role will be based in EIKON (2777 N Ontario St Suite 180, Burbank) with some work from home flexibility.
Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am to 7:00pm
