We are seeking a dynamic Director, HR Operations to play a key role in supporting our people processes at Eikon Therapeutics. This role will manage all HR operations, driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience and ensure operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, immigration, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the PEO extraction process, ensuring a smooth transition to an independent HRMS, payroll, and benefits system.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs, labor laws, and company culture.
- Drive process improvements to enhance HR service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Lead the implementation of a new HRMS system, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to align operations with organizational objectives and long-term goals.
- Develop, mentor, and lead the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition operations and employee experience, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or Bachelors degree with 12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, leading and developing high-performing teams within HR operations or a related function.
- Proven success in developing and executing operational strategies in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in all areas of HR operations, including payroll, compliance, benefits, LOA, immigration and employee relations.
- Strong management and team development skills.
- Advanced knowledge of HRMS systems.
- In-depth understanding of employment law and compliance best practices.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

The expected salary range for this role is $210,000 to $229,900 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
