As the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, from development to deployment, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products.
Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for eino.ai, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Building : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Product Development : Collaborate with product managers and designers to define the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Hands-On Development : Participate in coding, code reviews, and setting up development processes to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Operational Management : Establish and maintain engineering best practices, including CI / CD, testing, and deployment processes.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company, providing insights on technical feasibility and timelines for new features and products.
