Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and feel valued through friendly interactions with team members
• Demonstrate leadership attributes by setting clear goals, holding self and teams accountable, and communicating effectively
• Build and develop strong teams by hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and providing timely feedback on performance
• Lead teams of store associates in a fair, consistent, and impartial manner, supporting and enforcing all laws and company policies
• Achieve operational excellence by developing performance goals aligned with our operational objectives and striving for year-over-year improvement
Working Relationships:
• Restaurant Clerks, Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, Restaurant Managers, In-Training, General Managers, Brand Managers, and various Corporate personnel and vendors
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment, leading a team
• Valid driver's license and National Food & Safety certification (can be acquired during employment)
• Soft skills: comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to move quickly between tasks, team-oriented, and willing to give extra effort to help others
