Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of clinical research studies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other relevant standards.
- Manage the collection and analysis of research data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate blood sampling procedures and phlebotomy tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to study protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
- Train and supervise staff involved in clinical research activities.
- Monitor study progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical research management or related roles.

- Experience in blood sampling techniques and phlebotomy is highly desirable.
