Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in a private school setting is a plus, particularly familiarity with Montessori principles.
- Previous experience in childcare or elementary education is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in classroom management and creating inclusive learning environments.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring roles will be advantageous.
