Job Overview :
We are seeking dedicated and experienced tutors to work with high school students, particularly those requiring special education support or behavioral interventions . The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with IEPs, 504 Plans, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, or other learning and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Provide 1 : 1 or small-group tutoring in core high school subjects, including Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies .
- Implement specialized teaching strategies tailored to students with learning disabilities or behavioral needs.
- Support students with executive functioning skills , such as time management, organization, and study strategies.
- Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and school staff to support student progress.
- Utilize positive behavior management techniques to encourage engagement and academic success.
- Document progress and provide reports as required by the school or district.
