Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Tutor to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement tailored educational plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Incorporate learning technology and adaptive tools to facilitate engagement and understanding.
- Provide guidance in literacy education and academic advising to help students navigate their educational journey.
- Foster positive behavioral health practices within the classroom setting, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
- Familiarity with curriculum development techniques and early intervention practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
