Duties

- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses through regular evaluations and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, including hands-on activities and technology integration.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching.
- Document student progress and maintain records of tutoring sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Background in Childcare or experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development is beneficial.
- Experience in adult education or preschool settings is a plus.
- Ability to educate diverse learners and adapt teaching methods as needed.
