Needed…….Landscape Foreman to join our team of Landscape Management Professionals.
Landscape Management Working Foreman –
Position requires experienced individual to oversee landscape maintenance weekly route. Daily tasks include crew supervision, quality control, daily paperwork and enforcement of safe working practices. Must have an understanding of quality commercial landscape skills: shaping shrubs and ornamental trees by hand pruning, defining and detailing ornamental planting beds, weed identification, mulch installation, manicuring grounds, basic planting, and landscape turf maintenance. We deliver premium services to high end commercial clients that expect us to be courteous, safe, presentable and very detail orientated.
Candidate must have a proven track record showing responsibility, positive attitude, perfect attendance, leadership, and a desire for personal growth. Qualified individual will be highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently and be responsible for the safety of the crew and quality of its projects. Winter work will consist of snow and ice management, equipment maintenance and other responsibilities as needed, such as ongoing training and safety programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Drug Free Work Environment
Clean and safe driving record, with valid driver’s license, CDL helpful.
Overtime available, some Saturdays or Sundays required
Will work outdoors in variety of weather conditions.
Snowplowing, Shoveling and De-Icing during winter months.
Heavy Lifting Required.

Management experience
Customer Service and CRM Experience
Safety knowledge of OSHA, DOT and Hazmat
Talent needed to help service our high-end customers with a can-do attitude. Having a positive attitude is the most important part of assisting the company with running the landscaping operations. Must be honest and trustworthy. Flexibility and confidence to work in a variety of tasks required.
