What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiographic Testing Specialist position at EIP?
As an NDT Inspector, you’ll have the chance to work on a variety of projects and perform critical testing that ensures safety and quality. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and senior staff while utilizing your skills in radiography, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform NDT inspections (Radiography, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant Testing).
· Maintain and monitor radiation safety protocols, ensuring compliance with state and NRC regulations.
· Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and communicate results to clients and team members.
· Mentor junior technicians and support ongoing training initiatives.
· Travel to various job sites and work in diverse environments and weather conditions.
Qualifications:
· NDT Level I certification (RT/MT/PT).
· Associate's degree in Welding or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant NDT experience.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
· Familiarity with ASME, AWS, and API codes is a plus.
· A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
