The Accounting Manager will lead AET's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP. This role will manage a team of accounting professionals and partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making, initiative creation and achievement, and operational growth.

Licenses/Certifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred Education: CPA or CMA preferred; 5 years progressive experience in accounting and management; Superior knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls; Experience in private equity environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; Strong analytical, communication, leadership skills.

- Oversee daily accounting functions: AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and variance analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with leadership
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements
- Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and advisors
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
- Lead various initiatives within both AET Group and EIS
