What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler Operator - 3rd Shift position at EIS Wire & Cable?
We have an Assembler / Machine Operator position available on 3rd shift. The duties and responsibilities include operating multiple textile machines including bungee and Array weaving machines and textile braiding machines, to produce cable harness assemblies.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Setup, adjust, and operator multiple textile machines including Bungee and Array weaving machines and textile braiding machines, to produce cable harness assemblies.
- Follow standard work instructions and perform all set-ups & operating procedures.
- Train in Lean methods and participate in team projects such as set-up reduction to help reduce through-put time and increase productivity
- May be required to evaluate work center issues with materials, machines, and workloads and report current status to supervisors.
- Use all test equipment accurately to perform quality checks.
- Complete paperwork and enter computer transactions.
- Stack boxed assemblies on pallets
- Sweep / clean work area at the end of the shift and follow all safety and housekeeping instructions and policies.
- Starting hourly rate dependent on work history and experience.
