Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director, Global Infrastructure Office Lead. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing large-scale infrastructure projects, and leading a team of project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Team Management: Lead a team of infrastructure project managers and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and other service providers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CSM, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.
- 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Program Management, Budget Management, Vendor Management, Resource Management.
