Eagle Integrated Services is seeking an Asset Technician to add to our Information Technology Support Services team in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain equipment hardware and software and assist the IT staff with inventory as needed
Track warranty information for all new equipment purchased
Prepare the needed paperwork to facilitate the move, transfer, issuance, or surplus of computer equipment at the NETC campus
Maintain a warranty repair spreadsheet or folder with all warranty information on covered equipment to include printers, computers, and servers used in support of NETC.
Keep the customer informed on all warranty repairs via the repair spreadsheet
Send major warranties to the customer by email with a detail report
Maintain a list of all computer equipment that is to be prepared and shipped for decommission. A separate list will be maintained of all surplus items that will be handled through a work order with the facilities contractor.
Maintain an inventory of all surplus equipment to assist the NETC IT Custodial Officer for inventory purposes
Capture and record customer’s processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Create and publish documentation in a variety of formats such as manuals, formal business process documentation and diagrams, checklists, quick reference guides, frequently asked questions (FAQs) and other job aids.
Assist with collection of data and operational metrics to support customers reporting
Monitor Service Tickets to ensure tickets are routed appropriately
Assist in creating tickets for users

Preferred 5 years’ experience
Physical Requirements
Predominantly indoors in normal office environment
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach
Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time
Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
Must have visual acuity
