Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking Program Manager support for a new client at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.
We are seeking a Program Manager to support in the disciplines as listed, but not limited to, below:
Plans, coordinates and directs the administrative, program control and technical personnel activities involved in providing services to fulfill the contract requirements.
Oversees the execution of the complete software life-cycle for military systems
Ensures compliance with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods for the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems.
Manages and controls schedules, cost and personnel to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
Directs operations and ensures compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.
Resolves technical and administrative problems
Acts as a role model for subordinate employees, providing workforce motivation and constructive criticism.
Understands, follows and promotes the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto
Understands, follows and promotes continuous cyber security risk management
Perform program and project management, cost control, cost reporting, schedule management, technical status reporting, program reviews, and other ancillary support.
Prepare and deliver monthly cost reports.
Prepare and deliver monthly staffing reports to keep Government informed on status of filling vacancies and overall team strength and FTE percentages across project teams.
Prepare and deliver ad-hoc cost reports for specific projects when situations arise that need analysis outside of the normal monthly cost reporting battle rhythm.
Prepare and deliver ad-hoc staffing reports for specific projects when situations arise that need analysis outside of the normal monthly cost reporting battle rhythm.
Develop staffing plans to facilitate flexible, mobile, and agile staffing to provide the right knowledge and skills where needed, when needed to perform at mission relevant speeds.
Coordinate with the Government to schedule regular updates as needed to provide updates on cost, schedule, and performance. Expectations are the frequency should be tailored to the project.
Minimum Qualifications:
Secret clearance
Experience and comfortability with Agile best practices
Experience managing a large portfolio of projects and a large number of resources including matrix support
Strong customer support ability
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
