Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking User Experience Designer support for a new client at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.
We are seeking a User Experience Designer to support in the disciplines as listed, but not limited to, below:
Conducts stakeholder interviews, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
Designs and specifies user interfaces and information architecture
Leads participatory and iterative design activities, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery
Produces user requirements specifications & experience goals, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications
Communicates research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale and goals both verbally and visually
Plans and facilitates collaborative critiques and analysis & synthesis working sessions
Designs and develops primarily internet/web pages and applications
Develops proof-of-concepts and prototypes of easy-to-navigate user interfaces (UIs) that consists of web pages with graphics, icons, and color schemes that are visually appealing
Researches user needs as well as potential system enhancements
Assists software developers to code, test, debug documents, and implement web applications using a variety of platforms
Understands, follows and promotes the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto
Understands, follows and promotes continuous cyber security risk management
Minimum Qualifications:
Secret clearance
IAT Level 2 includes baseline cyber certificate(s) and applicable platform certifications such as common operating environment training (Windows 2016/2019, Linux RedHat/CentOS)
Experience with creating an enterprise level, cloud native application(s)
Experience with full stack analysis of current SW frameworks, DB architectures, etc.
Ability to ensure performance and security while meeting FDM requirements
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines meeting government and CECOM/SEC requirements.
Ability to Incorporate coding standards and modern testing practices (unit testing, load testing, etc.)
Ability to work with FDM stakeholders to define FDM requirements.
Experience creating user stories supporting current FDM requirements for use in the rewrite effort.
Experience working closely with government leadership and stakeholders to create an application architecture, define requirements, and create a realistic schedule.
