Key Responsibilities :
- Representing clients in a variety of disability rights cases, mainly focusing on equal access and discrimination.
- Handling case files from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on complex disability law issues.
- Participating in all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests and responses and managing depositions.
- Advocating for clients in court and negotiation settings.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy development for case management and litigation.
- Managing a high volume of cases with a commitment to maintaining quality and attention to detail.
