Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, hard-working and self-motivated professional to join our team! In this role, you will analyze and manage data, interact with some of the most reputable firms in the world, and develop innovative tools and visualizations to enhance our clients' decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to support compensation decisions and strategies.
- Manage, clean, and maintain client data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Respond to client inquiries, providing data-driven insights and solutions.
- Manage client relationships in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and refine data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical tools to facilitate understanding and usability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support initiatives related to compensation, HR and finance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-4 years of experience in data analysis, compensation, or a related role.
- Experience in an internal or external compensation role is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL or other database tools is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.
- A passion for finance and the alternative asset management industry (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
