Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide empathic customer support to employees and residents in a healthcare environment.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain information security posture to protect PHI and other sensitive data.
- Install and repair equipment as necessary.
- Remain current on technology issues in the industry to provide leadership with appropriate training, support, and resources.
- Inventory and replace equipment as necessary to meet business functions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2-5 Years of experience working with IT
